The Unofficial Wiki (cause the official one is down) says that I should get this elite from Bazzr Ice Wing

But when I go to get it with my E/N the screen shows no available skills.

Any one have a clue as to why?

1) You're sure your 2nd was Necro? I've made that mistake before.

2) You sure you have the right boss? There's one with a similar name I believe.

some ideas...you have already capped it, your 2ndary may not be /n....or it may really be a bug.
